If you would like to delete your Culture account and associated data, you can request deletion at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
Open the Culture app.
Go to Profile → Settings → More Actions → Delete Account (when available).
Alternatively, you may email us at hello@goculture.aifrom your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account”.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
✅ Your personal information (name, email, profile, posts, chats, and preferences) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
🗂️ Some non-personal or aggregated data may be retained for internal use (e.g., analytics).
⚖️ Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance reasons (such as fraud prevention or transaction records) for up to 90 days before being fully deleted.
Important Notes
Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
If you reinstall the app later, you will need to create a new account.
